1. Booking & Payment
Your place in the retreat is secured once we receive either full payment or the $500 deposit. All prices are listed in USD.
Payment Options:
Option 1: Full Payment (Includes a $500 Deposit)
Full payments are non-refundable and transferable to another participant.
Option 2: Three Installments (Includes a $500 Deposit)
The deposit is non-refundable and transferable.
The remaining balance is paid in two installments.
Final pricing and payment details are clearly outlined during registration.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because this retreat requires advance planning and reservations, the following policy applies:
The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
Any payments made beyond the deposit are refundable if cancellation occurs before January 30, 2026.
Between January 31 and March 1, 2026, any installment already paid becomes non-refundable.
After March 2, 2026, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Transfers
Your reservation and deposit may be transferred to another person, should you be unable to attend.
Transfers to future retreats are not available.
All transfer requests must be communicated and approved in advance.
4. If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for additional expenses such as flights or travel insurance.
5. Health & Personal Responsibility
Your safety and well-being are very important to us.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate in yoga, surfing, and all retreat activities. If needed, we encourage you to consult with a healthcare professional before booking.
6. Program Flow & Adjustments
To ensure the best possible experience, the retreat schedule and activities may be adjusted due to weather, ocean conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes will always be made with your safety, comfort, and enjoyment in mind.
7. Accommodation & Room Preferences
Room categories and bed configurations depend on resort availability.
While we do our best to honor preferences, specific room requests cannot be guaranteed.
8. Travel & Insurance
Travel insurance is required for all participants and should include coverage for:
Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Travel delays
Lost or delayed luggage
Round-trip airport transfers are included from PUJ – Punta Cana International Airport for arrivals and departures within the retreat dates.
9. Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural events, or government regulations.
10. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat to capture the spirit of the experience.
If you prefer not to appear in any media content, please let us know in writing before the retreat begins.
11. Staying in Touch
By registering, you agree to receive communications related to the retreat, as well as occasional updates about future wellness experiences and exclusive invitations.
12. Agreement
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
